Detailed Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Delhi
A traditional welcome, upon arrival your arrival at the International airport by our company’s representative individually who will escort you to your hotel for 02 nights stay.
Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing
After breakfast, meet with your tour guide and other group members and proceed for a guided city sights of Old and New Delhi covering Raj Ghat – the crimination site of Mahatama Gandhi, Jama Masjit – the biggest mosque of the country with a capacity 20000 devotees, from here board cycle rickshaw (Pedi cab) ride through narrow-winded streets of chandni chowk with the local hustle and bustle towards to the historic Red fort where you may click yourself along with the 17th century fortress (Red Fort) built by the great Mughal emperor Shah Jahen..
Later in the afternoon move to New Delhi to visit India Gate – a war memorial site built by the britishers in memory of 90,000 Indian soldiers who laid down their lives in 1st world war, then drive pass by the magnificent President house, parliament and other government buildings then drive through the Diplomatic area towards to the tower of Victory Qutab Minar – one of the finest example of Indo-Islamic architecture and the highest brick Minaret in the world.
Evening end your tour with a visit Birla Mandir (Biggest Hindu temple) dedicated for Lord Laxmi Narayan, built by the famous Industrialist Sh. J.K. Birla in 1939.
Day 3: Delhi | Jaipur (260 kms and takes nearly 5 to 6 hrs by road)
This morning after breakfast, embark on your scenic drive towards to Jaipur; founded by one of the greatest rulers of Kachhawaha the astronomer king Sawai Jai Singh in 18th century and widely known as Pink City due to its pink painted walls.
Upon arrival check into your hotel for two nights stay, later in the evening enjoy your buffet on the table at a famous local restaurant of Jaipur with the Rajasthani folk dances. Rajasthani folk dances are world famous and attract many travellers traveling to India from across the world.
Day 4: Jaipur Sightseeing
This morning after breakfast, proceed for a guided city tour of Jaipur starting from Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), an amazing five storied monument built by Maharaja of Jaipur for the royal ladies; then move to visit Amber Fort where you will board a decorated elephants (elephant ride) to reach a top of the fort, see a fine blend of Rajputs and Mughal architecture which takes us back to the 17th century; while coming back to the city enjoy a photo stop at the Jal Mahal (Lake Palace)....
Later in the afternoon visit the Royal City Palace complex with its several museums where you can see some lovely collection of Royal kings, weapons and miniature paintings. Then move to visit fascinating Jantar Mantar (Observatory), the biggest astronomical observatory in the world built by the Maharaja of Jaipur.
Rest of the day at leisure to explore many facets of Jaipuri crafts such as colourful embroidered fabrics with mirror work, pottery, semi-precious jewels, woven carpets etc – see artisans at work and enjoy souvenir shopping in this beautiful city.
Day 5: Jaipur | Agra, via Fatehpur Sikri (245 kms and takes nearly 5 hrs)
After breakfast, embark on your scenic drive to Agra – the city of Taj Mahal via visiting Fatehpur Sikri the ancient capital of Mughals built in red sandstone during the second half of 16th century by Emperor Akber as city of victory and abandoned after 14 years due to scarcity of water.
Upon arrival in Agra check into your hotel for a night stay. Later in the evening enjoy a live theatre performance “Mohabbat the Taj” The romantic tale from Indian history has been told in a dramatic manner through a live performance by over 80 professional artistes packed by latest light & sound technologies, the climax being the unexpected out of this world appearance of the most precious jewel the Taj Mahal on the stage.
Day 6: Agra | Delhi (205 kms and takes nearly 4 hrs by road)
This morning after breakfast, meet with your guide and proceed for a guided city tour of Agra visiting one of the most beautiful building / one of the seven wonders of the world TAJ MAHAL an incredible piece of architecture built by the great Mughal Emperor in memory of his beloved favourite wife after her death as as her memory. Also visit Agra fort, an excellent example of Mughal architecture built by the great Mughal Rulers for military establishment initially and many buildings added later for their residential purpose
Later in the afternoon, embark on your scenic drive through the Yamuna Express way to Delhi airport to catch your flight to fly back home.
