Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Assistance upon arrival Delhi International Airport by our company’s representative and transferred to your hotel in Delhi for 02 nights stay
 
Day 02: Day in Delhi
After breakfast, proceed for a guided sightseeing of Old Delhi & New Delhi starting the historical monuments of Old Delhi covering Jama Masjid the Largest mosque of India, Rickshaw ride through the hustle and bustle of Chandni Chowk upto Red Fort, Photo stop at Red Fort to keep your camera busy to take photos with Red Fort…

Later post lunch, visit the Lutyen’s New Delhi starting with the drive pass through India Gate, Parliament and President House, Government Secretariat, Tree lined avenues, Qutab Minar etc.

Evening if interested, then finish your day with a refreshing Aarti at Birla Mandir which is also known as Laxmi Narayan Temple built by B. R Birla and inaugurated by Mahatama Gandhi…    

Day 03: Delhi > Lucknow / Sravasti (165 kms / 4 hrs)
Early morning assistance on departure at your hotel and transfer to New Delhi Railway Station to catch your Train Shatabdi Express (Dep. 0610 hrs / Arr. 1240 hrs) to Lucknow.

Arrive Lucknow and embark on your drive towards to Sravasti where Lord Buddha performed his first miracle. Upon arrival check into your pre-booked hotel for a night stay
 
Day 04: Sravasti > Lumbini (225 kms / 5 hrs)  
After an early breakfast, visit Maheth, Saheth, Sobhanath Temple and Angulimala’s Stupa etc.

Later in the after leave by road to Lumbini where Lord Buddha was born, upon arrival check into your pre-booked hotel in Lumbini for a night stay.  

Day 05: Lumbini > Kushinagar (165 Kms / 5 hrs)
This morning, visit the Birth place on Lord Budhha, Maya Devi Temple, Ashoka Pillar etc. Later leave by road to Kushinagar where Buddha attained the state of Mahaparinirvana “salvation” when he was at the age of 80 years

Upon arrival check into your hotel in kushinagar for a night stay.

Day 06: Kushinagar > Patna, via Vaishali
This morning, visit Nirvana Stupa, Nirvana Temple, Mathakuar Shrine, Kushinagar Museum, Ramabhar Stupa and the temples built by Chinese and Japanese peoples.

Later in the afternoon leave by road to Patna via visiting Vaishali, upon arrival check into your hotel in Patna for a night stay.   

Day 07: Patna > Bodhgaya, via Nalanda & Rajgir  (135 kms / 3 ½ hrs)     
After breakfast visit Patna Sahib Gurudwara, later leave by road to Bodhgaya via visiting Nalanda & Rajgir.

Upon arrival in Bodhgaya check into your hotel for 02 nights stay.  

Day 08: Bodhgaya
This morning, enjoy city sightseeing of Bodhgaya covering Mahabodhi Temple - a historical place from early age where Lord Buddha’s enlightenment took place, Bodhi Tree – a famous tree under which lord buddha meditated, the great Buddha Statue – one the tallest statue of Lord Buddha in the country.

Also visit the monasteries and temples built by the peoples from different-different countries.

Day 09: Bodhgaya > Varanasi (250 Kms / 5 hrs)
After breakfast, embark on your drive through the beautiful countryside to Varanasi the spiritual capital of the country.

Upon arrival check into your pre-booked hotel for 02 nights stay. Later in the evening enjoy the Grand Ganges Aarti Ceremony at Dashashwamedh Ghat conducted by a group of young priests every evening.

Day 10: Varanasi
Early morning enjoy “boat ride” on Holy Ganges to see how the city comes alive along the sunrise see the “bathing Ghats” where various pilgrims pay homage to the rising “Sun God” by dipping themselves in the holy water of Ganges, also see the “burning ghats” where cremations are conducted.
   
Come back to your hotel enjoy your breakfast, Later visit the various temples of Varanasi including the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Tulsi Masas Temple, Monkey Temple, Bharat Mata Temple and Banaras Hindu University etc.

Later in the afternoon, visit the ruins, various Stupa’s, Buddhist temple and Sarnath Museum at Sarnath, situated at the outskirt of the city. Sarnath is the place where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon after enlightenment.

Day 11: Varanasi > Agra (by flight)
This morning assistance on departure at your hotel and transferred to Varanasi airport to catch your flight AI – 406 (Dep. 1220 hrs / Arr. 1330 hrs) to Agra – the city of Taj Mahal.

Assistance upon arrival at Agra airport and transferred to your hotel for a night stay. Rest of the day at leisure to explore the colourful city bazaar

Day 12: Agra > Delhi Airport (235 Kms / 4 hrs)  
This morning, your dream will come true as you will be visiting one of the Seven Wonders of the World TAJ MAHAL one of the beautiful mausoleum built by the Great Mughal Emperor Shah-Jehan in memory of his beloved wife to keep their endless love alive.

Also visit historical Agra fort which was built by the Mughals for their military shelter and later decided to build more building and Palaces for their residential purpose.

Later in the afternoon leave by Yamuna express highway to Delhi, upon arrival transfer to Delhi International airport to catch your flight to fly back home with the sweet memories of your Buddhist tour package in India.
